Chief Dozie FERDINARD NWANKWO is a genuine leader he does not downfall of his followers,he does not close doors for his subordinates because he is not Afraid they will be far better than him.
He feed on knowledge,he is not stagnant he improve himself so u can make impact.
He is a leader for others to climb to the top, he desire to make his followers better than himself.
He is humble to learn from mistskes. He do not watch them grope in darkness, he guide them as a light.

FDN is a leader that have the heart of a father, A father leads and ensures his family is safe because he provide for his own people sacrificially without using them for his personal agenda.
FDN have the heart of a mother. He feel bad seeing his followers suffering.
He never allow evil people to make him wicked, No matter how good u are,some people will not like u.. He never allow the evil to prevail in the land because of his personal interest.
He do what is right for conscience sake and leave the rest.
FDN is not partial in judgement. He is a voice to the voiceless in the society without fear nor favour, treat the rich and the poor alike with love and kindness.
