The Rotech Energy Services Ltd, developers of Anambra Luxury Place Estate, Phase 1 & Phase 2 hosted a group of Chinese delegation/Partners who want to invest in the real estate business of the company. At a welcome ceremony in his Awka residence, the CEO of Rotech Energy Services Ltd, Chief Austin Oguejiofor, (Onwa Enugwu Ukwu n’Umunri) told the investors that Anambra state is ripe for investment in the real estate business because the newly sworn in Governor of Anambra State, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, MFR is keen on expanding opportunities for business men and companies in Anambra State.

“This new regime in Anambra State is creating great opportunities for us investors to come back home and invests. Therefore, opportunities for investors like you here today are very high. Take advantage of this and expand your hold on your investment in Nigeria, as higher yields are assured here”; Chief Oguejiofor told the investors.

It will be recalled that Rotech Energy Services Ltd, developers of Anambra Luxury Place Estate, Nkwelle Ezunaka, just acquired the phase 2 of the Luxury Estate, and is currently making arrangements to develop the 100 Hecters of land recently acquired in Ogbaru Local Government Area, close to Onitsha into a vast commercial Business hub that will accommodate Shops and and other business areas that will draw people from all over the federation to settle for their business in the Onitsha metropolis.

Rotech Energy Services Ltd is becoming synonymous with Real Estate development across the Southeast, and with this, the company will reduce the real estate gap across the Southeast.
