COMMENTARY: HON FERDINAND DOZIE NWANKWO’S EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME
There is no jewel in the world as valuable as a generous man; he is by all standards a great man. A great man, on the other hand, does not seek applause or praise.
He seeks truth; he seeks the road to happiness, and what he ascertains, he gives to others. No doubt, a great man is different from an eminent one in that he is ready to be the servant of society. He is humble, open-minded, and a friend of the people. He loves to meet people, especially the downtrodden at their point of need.
Chief Honourable Ferdinand Dozie Nwankwo fits into those descriptions. He is an epitome of a generous great man; a man who knows the way shows the way and goes the way. Onye Ndozi, as he is popularly called, needs no introduction in Anambra politics. He represents Njikoka/Anaocha/Dunukofia constituency in the House of Representatives, Abuja.
Onye Ndozi has achieved a lot through divine grace which has driven him to work towards fulfilling God’s intents of helping the needy around him. Thus, he established the Ferdinand Dozie Nwankwo Foundation through which he has uplifted the down in the spirit, the hoi polio, the sick in the society.
On regular basis, Chief Honorable Ferdinand Dozie Nwankwo empowers hundreds of women and youths of Njikoka/Dunukofia/Anaocha Federal constituency, ranging from Toyota Cars, Innoson Salon Cars (IVM), keke-Napep (Tricycles), Motorcycles, Sewing Machines, Hair Dryers, and Wheel Chairs.
Honorable Ferdinand Dozie Nwankwo, Onye Ndozi Nwachinemelu, Akalaka Nteje, and Osinachi Anaocha will organize another empowerment program for women and youths of Njikoka/Anaocha/ Dunukofia Federal Constituency.
