Actors’ Guild of Nigeria, Anambra State Chapter Visits Children’s Home In Awka

, the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria, Anambra State Chapter, visited Model Community Children’s Home in Awka, Anambra State capital. The group went on the visit with food items–a bag of rice, tubers of yam, cartons of noodles and other household items.
Such display of humanitarian act by the wing has been recurrent. The children were all joy to have the actors visit them.
Evangelist Leo Ewuzie, the Chairman of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Anambra State Chapter, said the visit was listed among their charity works initiative which centres on putting smiles on the faces of the disadvantaged.

While assuring them of regular visitation, Ewuzie praised the management of the centre for the great works they have been doing. He talked about the maintenance of the facility and the upbringing of the children.
Prince Amaechi Anachebe, the Guild’s Public Relations Officer, thanked the little ones for the prayers and good wishes showered on them, the state and the nation. He charged them to keep being of good behaviour and also look forward to a better tomorrow.
The coordinator of the centre, Mrs Precious Asiegbunam, thanked them for their kind thoughts and the visit too. She mentioned that raising kids from diverse backgrounds in such an environment have been a daunting task. She used the opportunity to request for more visits from the public.
