Soludo led-Anambra vision 2070 committee submits 200-page report to governor Obiano

The Chukwuma Soludo led 60-man committee charged to draft a 50-Year perspective plan for Anambra state has on Thursday, March 10, 2022 submitted its comprehensive 200-page report to governor Willie Obiano in Awka, the state capital.
The governor had during the inauguration in November 22, 2020 urged the Vision 2070 team to draw a strategic master plan which will be an all-inclusive ‘Anambra Plan’, not a plan of, and for any specific government or political party.
The Vision 2070 plan will serve as a future guide which successive governments can rely upon for strategic directions of policy, programmes, and regulations, and which Ndi Anambra may also use to evaluate future governments.
As the world is evolving so fast and Anambra is set to transit into the 4th Industrial Revolution and post oil economy, the state doesn’t want to be caught in an embarrassing dilemma which has become a threat to global peace. The Vision 2070 has systematically positioned Anambra to be an emerging start-up state.
