Governor Obiano Donates 18-Seater Bus To Anambra State Chapter Of NUJ

Governor Obiano celebrated the state’s media by presenting a brand new 18-seater bus to the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) Anambra State Council.
Mr James Eze, the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, represented Chief Willie Obiano during the presentation which took place at the Governor’s lodge.
During the presentation, Mr Eze, applauded the state’s NUJ chapter and the members for the great heights they have helped the Obiano’s administration attain. He urged them to extend the same graciousness to the Soludo’s administration which would kick off on the 17th of March.
Governor Obiano had earlier related to the executives of the union that the bus is to accelerate the progress of the council. The bus would also make covering the good news from different sectors in the state very much easier for the union.
Dr Emeka Odogwu, the Chairman, NUJ, Anambra State Council, thanked the governor for being as good as his words. He spoke about the good works the Chief Press Secretary, Mr James Eze and the Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Mr Don Adiniba, have been putting into the media sector all through the term.
He promised governor Obiano and the incoming government of a healthy mutually beneficial liaison. He also pledged that the media would keep supporting the government for the continuous growth of the state.
